He later transitioned into surety bond brokerage, bringing deep underwriting insight and strong relationships with multiple surety markets.
His expertise covers the full spectrum of contract surety bonds, with a particular focus on Performance Bonds, Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds, and Maintenance Bonds. Homer has extensive knowledge of public and private construction projects, subdivision development, service contracts, and federal contracting requirements (including Miller Act bonds).
